Who can take part

  • You are between 40 and 80 years old.
  • You live at home and can walk on your own (using a stick is fine).
  • You are not currently participating in another falls or balance rehab program.
  • You do not have other major neurological conditions or a pacemaker.
  • You have had a stroke, mild cognitive impairment, a chronic balance disorder, or long COVID with dizziness or falls risk.
