  • You are currently in the hospital for atrial fibrillation or atrial flutter.
  • You do NOT have heart valve disease causing the rhythm problem.
  • You are staying in the hospital (not just the ER).
  • You are not on comfort care or going to hospice.
  • You are 18 years or older.
