Who can take part

  • You are between 30 and 50 years old.
  • You broke only one wrist (no other broken bones) and it was repaired with surgery.
  • You do not have any other hand, wrist, or nerve problems (like carpal tunnel, arthritis, or previous stroke).
  • You do not have heart, lung, or other health conditions that would prevent high-intensity exercise.
  • You are not taking protein supplements like whey or creatine.
  • You can understand, read, and speak Spanish.
