Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older.
- You have been living with HIV for at least 48 weeks and your viral load has been undetectable (below 20 copies/mL) during that time.
- Your CD4 count is 450 or higher.
- You are willing to stop your HIV medications for 4 days before the study procedure (called leukapheresis).
- You have never received an experimental HIV vaccine, gene therapy, or any other HIV immunotherapy before.
- Your HIV has not been resistant to two or more classes of antiretroviral drugs.
