Who can take part
- You (or your child) are at least 12 years old and can sign consent and follow study visits for the whole study.
- Your diagnosis is a CD4+ T-cell blood cancer (leukemia or lymphoma), including relapsed/refractory disease.
- Your blood and organ tests are good enough: kidney function (creatinine clearance >60), liver enzymes (ALT/AST <3× normal), and bilirubin (<2× normal).
- You do not need oxygen at rest, and your heart pumping strength (ejection fraction) is at least 50%.
- No serious active infection needing strong (systemic) medicine; also no HIV, and no active hepatitis B or C infection (with some specific “treated/past infection” exceptions).
- If you are able to become pregnant (or could impregnate someone), you must use reliable double contraception and agree not to try to conceive from consent through at least 90 days after treatment. (Pregnancy/lactation are excluded.)
