  • You are in 1st, 2nd, or 3rd year of secondary school (ESO).
  • Your family has signed a consent form allowing you to join.
  • You go to a school with at least 80 students in these grades.
  • Your school is located in Cáceres or Cádiz, Spain.
  • You do not have a physical disability or health issue that limits physical activity.
  • Your school is not already part of another physical activity or health program.
