Who can take part

  • You are between 7 and 17 years old
  • You compete in a sport and are part of a club or team
  • You train for your main sport at least 3 hours each week
  • You will come in for a yearly sports checkup for 3 years
  • You are healthy on the day of testing (no infection, injury, or chronic illness)
  • Your last hard practice was at least 12 hours before your visit
