Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 21 years old.
- You have a sedentary or only moderately active lifestyle (you don't exercise regularly).
- A doctor has said you are healthy enough to do physical exercise.
- You are willing to sign a consent form to participate.
- You do not have any condition that prevents you from exercising, such as a motor disability, uncontrolled high blood pressure, heart rhythm problems, asthma, or other chronic lung disease.
- You are not pregnant.
- You do not take dietary supplements like caffeine pills, creatine, or beta-alanine.
- You do not use tobacco, alcohol (more than 7 drinks per week for women or 14 for men), or e-cigarettes.
- You do not have a current diagnosis of anxiety or depression from a doctor.
- You are not in a high-performance training program.
