Who can take part

  • You must have a doctor's diagnosis of fibromyalgia.
  • Your average pain level should be at least 4 out of 10.
  • You've tried other fibromyalgia treatments that didn't help enough.
  • You've been on a stable treatment plan for at least 4 weeks.
  • You are able to do light aerobic exercise like walking or biking.
  • You must not have other causes of pain, severe depression, or a psychotic disorder.
