Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 65 years old
  • You have been diagnosed with fibromyalgia (using 2016 criteria)
  • Your average pain is at least 4 out of 10 on a scale
  • Your fibromyalgia treatment has been stable for the past 3 months and won't change during the study
  • You have no metal implants, pacemaker, epilepsy, brain injury, or other conditions that make TMS unsafe
  • You are not pregnant, planning pregnancy, or breastfeeding, and you do not take certain medications like benzodiazepines or gabapentin
