Who can take part
- You have liver cancer (HCC) that has spread only to your lungs
- You have between 5 and 10 spots in your lungs, each smaller than 5 cm
- You have 5 or fewer tumors in your liver, taking up no more than half of your liver
- You've already tried a first-line treatment (like sorafenib or lenvatinib) and it stopped working, but your liver tumors are now stable or shrinking
- Your liver is working fairly well (Child-Pugh class A or B) and you can do most daily activities on your own
- You are between 18 and 75 years old and have no other type of cancer
