Who can take part
- You’re 18 or older and can sign consent for the study
- Your cancer has spread to the liver in areas that cannot be removed by surgery
- Your cancer has grown or not responded after earlier anti-cancer treatment for liver metastases
- You have at least one measurable tumor spot that can be measured on CT or MRI
- Your general health is not too poor (ECOG performance status 0–2) and you’re expected to live at least 12 weeks
- Your blood tests, liver tests, and kidney function are within study limits, and you can take the study treatments and follow visit schedules
