Who can take part

  • You must be between 18 and 75 years old.
  • Your liver cancer should be at a stage that is not too early (BCLC stage B or C).
  • You should be starting this treatment as your first therapy, or you have tried other systemic treatments that stopped working or caused bad side effects.
  • Your liver function must be fairly good (Child-Pugh A or B) and you cannot have serious liver problems like fluid buildup or recent bleeding.
  • Your blood counts, kidney function, and clotting tests must be in a safe range.
