Who can take part

  • You have a type of advanced solid tumor that has the nectin-4 protein.
  • Your tumor has gotten worse after trying all standard treatments, or there are no other proven treatments available.
  • You do not have active or uncontrolled cancer that has spread to the brain.
  • You have not had another type of cancer in the past.
  • You do not have serious heart, liver, lung, or nerve problems, and your diabetes is well-controlled.
