Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older.
- You have an advanced solid tumor (such as bladder, breast, lung, ovarian, endometrial, or cervical cancer) that has not responded to standard treatment or you cannot tolerate it.
- You have a tumor sample that can be tested for Nectin-4 protein, or you have previous test results showing its presence.
- You have at least one tumor that can be measured on a CT or MRI scan.
- You are generally active and able to care for yourself (ECOG score 0-1).
- You have not had a previous treatment that targets Nectin-4 or uses a topoisomerase I inhibitor as its active drug.
