Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older.
- You have an advanced solid tumor (like bladder, breast, lung, ovarian, uterine, or cervical cancer) that is no longer responding to standard treatments, or you cannot tolerate those treatments, or no standard treatment exists.
- You can provide a tumor tissue sample or previous test results showing Nectin-4 levels.
- You have at least one measurable tumor on CT or MRI (at least 1 cm in size) that has not been treated with radiation or has grown after radiation.
- You are in reasonably good health (ECOG 0-1) and expected to live at least 3 more months.
- You have adequate organ function and are not pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning pregnancy during the trial.
