Who can take part

  • You are male and at least 12 years old.
  • You have X-linked retinitis pigmentosa caused by a mutation in the RPGR gene.
  • One of your eyes has already been treated with a gene therapy that provides the full-length RPGR protein.
  • Your vision in the eye that will be studied is between 34 and 78 letters on an eye chart.
  • The back of your eye (retina) must still have some healthy cells and structure, as confirmed by special tests.
