Who can take part
- You must be at least 18 years old and willing to sign a consent form.
- You must have a diagnosis of retinitis pigmentosa that affects only your eyes (non-syndromic).
- In the eye being studied, your vision must be worse than 20/400 (the big letter on the eye chart).
- You must have some memory of what it was like to see (even if it's just a little).
- Your eyeglass prescription (sphere) in the study eye must be between -9 and +6.
- You cannot have had gene therapy in either eye before, or any other investigational drug in the last 90 days.
