Registry for Gore branch endograft in the aorta

This study tests a new stent graft placed through the groin/back to treat problems in the ascending aorta (and sometimes the arch), usually when open-heart surgery is considered too risky. Doctors will check whether the device is safe and works well over time, including imaging and a long follow-up.

This trial tests a stent graft device to repair a tear in the main artery from the heart (aorta). It is for people who have a high-risk condition called Type A aortic dissection and are not good candidates for open heart surgery.

This study is checking how well the GORE TAG Thoracic Branch Endoprosthesis works for people who need a stent graft in a specific part of the aorta (Zone 0 or 1). It may help if you have an aneurysm or other condition requiring treatment in that area.

This trial is for people with certain aortic arch or descending aorta problems (like an aneurysm or dissection) who may be helped by a special branch stent graft. The device is designed to repair the damaged area while keeping blood flowing to one important arm or head artery.

This trial tests a device called the GORE TAG Thoracic Branch Endoprosthesis (TBE) for people with certain diseases in the descending part of the main artery in the chest. It's designed to treat conditions like aortic aneurysm, traumatic tears, or complex aortic dissections while keeping blood flow to a key artery in the left arm.

This registry study tracks patients who have or will receive a Gore thoracic stent graft to see how well the device performs over time. It helps doctors understand the device's long-term benefits and any possible complications.
