Who can take part

  • Be an adult (18 or older) and willing to sign consent
  • Have an ascending aorta condition needing repair (like an aneurysm, ulcer, or certain pseudoaneurysms)
  • Have anatomy that fits the stent graft plan based on CT/imaging measurements
  • Be considered high risk for open surgery (for example, age 75+, prior chest surgery, or other major risk factors)
  • Be able to receive the procedure through transfemoral (groin) or retroperitoneal access
  • Agree to required imaging and 5-year follow-up
