Who can take part

  • You are 65 years or older
  • You have symptoms of depression (either major depression or sub-threshold depression)
  • You speak and understand Swedish fluently
  • You have access to a telephone
  • You do not have severe depression, suicidal thoughts, a substance use disorder, a history of mania, a psychotic disorder, or significant memory problems
  • You are not currently in ongoing psychotherapy
