Who can take part
- You have heel pain from plantar fasciitis that has lasted at least 6 months.
- Your morning pain when you first step out of bed is at least 4 out of 10 on a pain scale.
- You are between 18 and 75 years old.
- You have not had a steroid shot or taken oral steroids for your heel in the past 6 months.
- You have not had acupuncture for this condition in the last 8 weeks.
