Who can take part

  • You live in Hong Kong and are between 18 and 64 years old.
  • You can read and understand Cantonese.
  • You have felt depressed or lost interest in things for at least 4 weeks.
  • You have a smartphone or tablet that can connect to the internet (iPhone or Android).
  • You are not currently in talk therapy, on unstable medication, or being treated for a severe mental illness like bipolar disorder or schizophrenia.
