This trial tests a new imaging agent, 64Cu-LNTH-1363S, to see if it can find certain sarcomas and gastrointestinal cancers. The goal is to help doctors better see where your cancer is and plan the best treatment. You may be eligible if you have a sarcoma or a GI cancer and are willing to have a tumor tissue sample taken.

Who can take part

  • You are 15 years or older (and weigh at least 55 kg if between 15 and 18 years old).
  • You have a type of sarcoma or a gastrointestinal cancer (like esophageal, stomach, pancreatic, or colorectal cancer).
  • Your cancer is suspected to have a protein called FAP, which the study drug targets.
  • You are willing to provide a tumor tissue sample (from a past biopsy or a new one).
  • Your kidneys work well enough (based on a blood test).
  • If you could become pregnant or father a child, you agree to use effective birth control during the study and for 28 days after.
