- You are between 18 and 90 years old.
- You have been diagnosed with heart failure and your left ventricle pumps at 40-50% or less of normal.
- You can safely stop taking blood thinners (like warfarin or Xarelto) for 48 hours before the procedure.
- You are not currently in the hospital or had a heart failure crisis in the last 2 weeks.
- You are able to lie flat on your back without discomfort.
