Who can take part

  • You have a narrowed artery in the back of your neck (≥70% blockage) that has caused a stroke or mini-stroke despite being on blood thinners.
  • You are suitable for a Bridge stent implant.
  • You are not disabled (mRS score less than 3).
  • You do not have other serious brain conditions (like aneurysm, tumor, or active infection).
  • You are not at high risk of bleeding (e.g., no active ulcers or recent brain bleed).
  • You are not allergic to the medications or materials used in the study.
