Biopsy method comparison for diagnosing prostate cancer

It is for men who have a suspicious MRI finding on one side of the prostate and have not had a biopsy before. Who can take part

  • You must be a male aged 18 or older.
  • You must be scheduled for a prostate biopsy because cancer is suspected.
  • Your prostate MRI must show a suspicious area on one side of the prostate (not both sides).
  • Your PSA level must be 20 ng/mL or lower.
  • You must not have had a prior prostate biopsy or any prostate cancer treatment.
