This study is testing whether starting a frozen embryo transfer during your natural cycle (after ovulation) is more convenient than the usual schedule. You will take progesterone (400 mg twice a day) and have one embryo transferred. It is for people using donor eggs who have regular cycles.

- You are using donor eggs for your IVF treatment.
- You have regular periods (every 25 to 38 days).
- Your uterine lining is at least 7 mm thick on the day you start progesterone.
