Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 49 years old.
  • Your body mass index (BMI) is between 18.5 and 30.
  • You are planning to transfer just one embryo at the blastocyst stage (5-6 days old).
  • Your doctor has prescribed vaginal progesterone in the form of two 200 mg capsules or one 400 mg pessary, taken every 12 hours before and after the transfer.
  • You have not been in this study before.
  • You are not taking any corticosteroid medication by mouth or injection.
