Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 70 years old.
- You have a type of soft tissue sarcoma that cannot be removed by surgery or has spread to other parts of your body.
- You have not received chemotherapy or targeted therapy for advanced sarcoma, or if you had neoadjuvant or adjuvant therapy, your cancer came back more than 6 months after that ended.
- You have at least one tumor that can be measured on scans.
- You are in good enough health to carry out daily activities (ECOG score 0 or 1), and your doctor expects you to live at least 6 more months.
- You have adequate organ function (blood counts, kidney, liver, lung) and are willing to use birth control during and for 6 months after treatment.
