- You or the person you care for had a drowning incident that was reported to emergency services.
- There were no clear signs of death (like severe injury, body stiffening, or discoloration) at the time of the call.
- There was no valid Do Not Resuscitate (DNR) order or similar decision to limit life-saving treatments.
- The audio recording of the emergency call is available and not damaged or missing.
- The person's identification number is known and can be linked to the incident.
- Information about whether the person survived for at least 30 days after the drowning is available.
