Who can take part

  • Your breast cancer must be HR+ and HER2-, meaning it grows in response to hormones but not to a protein called HER2.
  • Your cancer cannot be removed with surgery and has spread to other parts of the body (advanced or metastatic).
  • You must have tried at least one hormone therapy that included a CDK4/6 inhibitor, and your cancer kept getting worse.
  • You must be well enough to possibly receive chemotherapy (ECOG score 0-1).
  • You cannot have had prior chemotherapy for advanced or metastatic breast cancer.
