Part of Cancer, Skin clinical trials.
This study tests a new drug called Sacituzumab Tirumotecan (Sac-TMT) for people with early-stage, high-risk breast cancer that hasn't spread. The drug is given before surgery to see if it can shrink tumors and improve outcomes.

This trial tests a new drug, Sac-TMT, given alone or with an immunotherapy drug (pembrolizumab) for people with advanced triple-negative breast cancer who have not yet received any treatment for advanced disease. The goal is to see if this combination can shrink tumors or slow the cancer's growth.
This trial is testing a new drug called Sac-TMT for people with advanced ovarian cancer that has not responded well to initial platinum-based chemotherapy and does not have a specific gene change called HRD. It aims to see if this drug can work better than standard treatment.
This trial tests a new drug called sacituzumab tirumotecan (Sac-TMT) for people with triple-negative breast cancer that has spread to the brain. It aims to see if the drug can shrink or control brain tumors without needing immediate radiation or surgery.
This study tests a combination of two drugs—Sacituzumab Tirumotecan (Sac-TMT) and an immunotherapy called KL-A167—given before surgery to shrink triple-negative breast tumors. It aims to improve outcomes for people with early-stage, high-risk breast cancer who have not yet had any treatment.
This clinical trial tests a new drug called Sacituzumab Tirumotecan given before surgery to women with an aggressive type of early-stage breast cancer (triple-negative breast cancer, or TNBC). The goal is to see if it can improve treatment outcomes.
