Who can take part
- You are a woman age 18 or older
- You have advanced cervical cancer (stages IB1 to IVA) that is HPV-positive
- You finished your main treatment (surgery, radiation, or chemo) within the past 12 months
- You have no signs of cancer left after treatment (based on recent scans or exams)
- You are not pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant during the study
- You agree to avoid close contact with young children and pregnant women for one month after the vaccine
