Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 65 years old.
  • You have certain IBS types or bloating/diarrhea diagnosed by a doctor.
  • You have moderate to severe bloating (score of 3 or more out of 10) most days.
  • You had an abnormal hydrogen breath test (high gas level after drinking lactulose).
  • You haven't taken antibiotics in the last 12 weeks (3 months).
  • You can swallow a capsule about the size of a large vitamin pill.
