Who can take part
- You’re 18 years or older with confirmed hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC).
- Your scans show at least one measurable tumor spot that can be tracked over time.
- A tumor board said your cancer can’t be removed with surgery, transplant, or ablation (freezing), or those options won’t work safely for you.
- You can do daily activities fairly well (ECOG performance status 0–1).
- Your liver function is good enough (Child-Pugh class A or B with score up to B7) and your blood counts and kidney tests meet study thresholds.
- You haven’t had certain liver cancer treatments right before starting (no transplant, TACE, or liver radioembolization; other local treatments allowed only if completed at least 4 weeks before the baseline scan, and only if the disease progressed).
