Who can take part

  • You are 15 to 39 years old and have a high-risk brain tumor like a glioma with IDH mutation, medulloblastoma, ependymoma, or another primary brain tumor.
  • You have had surgery that provided enough tumor tissue for research (like a full removal or a biopsy).
  • You are able to care for most of your daily needs (Karnofsky score of 60 or higher).
  • Your doctor expects you to live at least 6 more months.
  • You are not taking part in another interventional trial (unless it's just the standard treatment arm).
