  • You are an adult at the age you can legally consent in your country
  • You have a primary brain tumor that is newly diagnosed or has come back (recurrent)
  • Stored tumor tissue from your first surgery (preferred) or from surgery for recurrence is available at the study site
  • You have brain imaging (MRI or CT) from when the tumor was first diagnosed
  • You (or, if you are the caregiver for a deceased patient, the legal process allows it) agree to research use of your data and scans
