Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 65 years old.
- You have had hepatitis B for at least 6 months.
- You were treated with interferon before, stopped it at least 6 months ago, and your virus levels dropped by at least 80% during that treatment.
- Your current hepatitis B surface antigen level is 500 IU/mL or less.
- If you can become pregnant, you must have a negative pregnancy test before starting and use effective birth control during the study.
