Who can take part
- You are 18–65 years old
- You have had hepatitis B for at least 6 months, confirmed by blood tests
- You previously received interferon treatment and stopped at least 3 months ago, with your viral load dropping by at least 50% during that treatment
- Your current hepatitis B viral level is low (≤500 IU/mL) and hasn't rebounded more than 50% since your first treatment
- You are willing to use reliable contraception during the study (women must have a negative pregnancy test before starting)
- You do not have other liver diseases, serious mental health conditions, or uncontrolled medical conditions like diabetes, thyroid disease, or high blood pressure
