Who can take part
- You have newly diagnosed stage 2 or 3 breast cancer that is HER2-positive.
- The tumor is at least 2 cm in size (or the largest tumor is HER2-positive if you have multiple tumors).
- You have not had any prior treatment for invasive breast cancer, such as surgery, chemotherapy, or radiation.
- You are able to undergo mastectomy or breast-conserving surgery after the study treatment.
- Your heart function, organ function, and overall health are good enough for the study.
- You do not have metastatic (stage 4) or bilateral breast cancer, or active infections like hepatitis B or C.
