Who can take part
- You must be 18 years or older.
- Your cancer must have a HER2 alteration - either extra copies of the HER2 gene (amplification) or a specific change (mutation).
- Your cancer must be advanced (locally advanced or metastatic) and you must have tried at least one prior treatment that didn't work or stopped working.
- You cannot have a type of lung cancer called non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) unless specifically allowed.
- You must be willing to provide a sample of your tumor tissue from a previous biopsy or surgery.
- You cannot have had another cancer (except for certain skin, cervical, breast, or low-risk prostate cancers) in the past 3 years.
