Who can take part
- You were diagnosed with TakoTsubo cardiomyopathy (a temporary heart muscle weakness) or had a heart attack or other acute coronary event within the last 6 months.
- You are 18 years old or older.
- You are willing to sign a consent form to participate.
- You do not have an acute illness (like a bad infection) that has lasted more than 3 days.
- You can speak and understand German well enough to take part in the group resilience training.
