Who can take part
- You must be 18 to 75 years old.
- You must have extensive-stage small cell lung cancer (cancer that has spread beyond one lung).
- Your cancer must have progressed more than 90 days after your first treatment with immunotherapy and chemotherapy.
- You must not have been treated with more than 2 previous chemotherapy regimens.
- You must not have previously taken a topoisomerase I inhibitor (like irinotecan) or a drug that blocks blood vessel growth (like bevacizumab).
- You must have a measurable tumor (visible on CT or MRI) and be in generally good health (able to care for yourself).
