  • You are the biological mother of a baby receiving care at UIHC, and your baby is between 1 and 9 months old
  • You had preeclampsia during your pregnancy
  • You received prenatal care at UIHC
  • You own a smartphone
  • Your arm circumference is 17 inches or less
