Who can take part

  • You must have a confirmed diagnosis of Rett syndrome with a known change in the MECP2 gene.
  • You need a working WiFi connection at home for the study devices.
  • The person with Rett syndrome must be able to sleep alone (without someone else in the room).
  • You should be staying at home for most of the study period (no long trips away).
  • You cannot be taking any medications that affect heart rate (like certain heart or seizure medicines).
