Who can take part

  • You are a child or adult who fits the age limits: at least 12 for Ewing sarcoma, or at least 18 for other solid tumors (and under 85).
  • Your cancer type must be one of the study groups (Ewing sarcoma with a specific gene fusion, or colorectal cancer with specific prior treatment history).
  • Your doctors must be able to measure your tumors on scans (measurable disease).
  • You must be able to do treatment with good enough blood counts and organ function (kidneys, liver, and clotting) and have enough time left (at least 12 weeks).
  • Your overall strength matters: performance status should be good (ECOG 0–1, or Karnofsky/Lansky 60+).
  • You must provide tumor tissue—either old stored biopsy tissue or a new biopsy.
