Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 75 years old.
  • You have stomach or gastroesophageal junction adenocarcinoma that has spread only to para-aortic lymph nodes (PALM), with no spread to other organs.
  • You have not received any prior cancer treatment (like chemotherapy, radiation, or immunotherapy).
  • You are in good physical condition (ECOG score 0 or 1) and have adequate organ function (kidneys, liver, bone marrow).
  • You are willing to use effective birth control during and for several months after treatment.
