Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older
- You have Achilles tendon pain confirmed by ultrasound showing thickening or increased blood flow in the tendon
- Your pain is in the middle part of the tendon, about 2-6 centimeters above the heel bone
- Your symptoms are moderate to severe (VISA-A score below 60)
- You have not had a major injury or surgery on the same leg in the past year
- You do not have other health problems (like severe ankle arthritis or nerve disorders) that would prevent you from completing study assessments
