Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 40 years old.
  • You have chronic Achilles tendon pain (lasting more than a few weeks) with a pain level of more than 2 on a 0–10 scale.
  • You have been diagnosed with Achilles tendinopathy through a physical exam (like a single leg raise or Thompson test).
  • You have not had steroid injections, surgery, or recent use of anti-inflammatory drugs for this condition.
  • You do not have other serious musculoskeletal problems or nerve issues affecting the leg.
