This trial tests a combination of three drugs—bortezomib, pomalidomide, and dexamethasone—to see how well they work for people with AL amyloidosis, a condition where abnormal proteins build up in organs. Who can take part

  • You must have AL amyloidosis confirmed by a biopsy and special tests.
  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You can be either newly diagnosed or have received treatment before.
  • Your disease must be measurable by high levels of certain proteins in your blood or urine.
  • You must have symptoms from organ involvement, such as heart, kidney, or nerve problems.
  • Your blood counts and kidney function need to meet minimum levels.
